However, we understand that occasionally an item may not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with your convenience in mind while maintaining the quality standards our discerning clientele expect.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or assembly
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Include all original documentation and accessories

Please note: Due to the custom nature of our designer furniture, certain items including made-to-order cabinets and console tables with personalized finishes cannot be returned unless faulty. This will be clearly indicated on the product page at time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Include photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and a brief explanation of the reason for return (see template below).
  3. Approval: Our quality team will review your request within 2 business days. Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and include all documentation. Affix the provided return label (for eligible returns).
  5. Processing: Once received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect the item within 3 business days and process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, typically:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

Exchange Policy

For exchanges of equal or greater value:

  • We will ship your new item once the original item is received and inspected
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your designer furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
