Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your designer furniture purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our policy below.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or assembly
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Include all original documentation and accessories

Important Exception: Due to their custom nature, made-to-order cabinets and console tables with personalized finishes cannot be returned unless faulty. This will be clearly indicated on relevant product pages.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Include photos of the item(s) and a brief explanation for the return (see template below).
  3. Approval: Our quality team will review your request within 2 business days. Approved returns receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all documentation. Affix the provided return label (for eligible returns).
  5. Processing: Once received at our warehouse, we’ll inspect the item within 3 business days and process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged in transit), we cover return shipping costs
  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional processing time:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

Exchange Policy

  • We ship your new item once the original is received and inspected
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
